Damaged Consignment
If there is any damage to the outer packaging of your order, please:
(a) Make a note of this on the delivery docket
(b) Inform us of this fact by email when you receive your goods.

Any Other Defects
If for whatever reason there are any defects with the product(s) supplied, please inform us of the details as soon as possible (or within 3 days of receiving the goods). In order for us to check any defects, we may require that you return the goods to us.
